I am extremely late getting my emissions testing done (2 & 1/2 months, I think).
Will this be a problem when I drive my car down? Or do I have to go to either the DMV or one of the Third Party offices after that, where I’ll be assigned a penalty fee, etc? I’ll have to go to one of those places anyway, to get my car license renewed, and to take the written test which also expired and is very late. Can I combine all of these issues in one visit? Please let me know by phone or else with an answer here; my email is not working right now. Thanks. -Sylvia Bechtelheimer
