Sun                  Very slow! Only two bays open. The line was over a mile long. There is no reason that it should take more than two hours to get your emissions done. And no, it’s not COVID! It has been this way for a long time at all westside locations! Terrible!

Sun                  They are by far the most affordable and honest repair shop I have ever been to. The owners actually work there so it’s very family oriented and they are super kind people. I’m never taking my car anywhere else.

Sun                  Had the first time experience of going to Goodyear Tire which is located at the Albertson Shopping Center in Litchfield. I came in for a brake quote and also for 4 Goodyear Comfort Thread tires. The front counter people Richard and Ken really knew what they were doing. They both worked on the quote and worked as a matched pair. The process went quickly and the quote was less then what I expected. I will be bringing in my vehicle to get the work done and to purchase the tire package. It was a pleasure to have two dedicated customer oriented individuals take care of me. I would, based on my experience recommend anyone to this Goodyear store. I felt I was a valued customer and appreciate the excellent service.
