My 2008 mini cooper clubman s was giving me problems for 8 months now for some kind of misfire while the engine was idle. I took it to three different mechanics who couldn’t figure out what the problem was. I took it to a local mechanic who held onto my car for a week and couldn’t give me a proper diagnosis so I went back on the web to look for another car doctor. I called a number of places, but when I got on the phone with BMG, they were just different. Teddy answered the phone and asked me really well thought-out questions regarding my vehicle and what was previously done on my car.. and then they gave me suggestions of what it might be. It gave me a strong impression that they knew what they were doing. –
