The transmission in my wife’s 2009 Cadillac Escalade ESV cratered after 223,000 miles. These guys were the first and only place I trust for them to work on her transmission. I previously used them in the past for a broken shifter cable. From that inital experience, we could have easily been taken advantage of and been told it was a bad transmission, but their transparency and and honesty is what brought me back. –
